Return Policy

All payments of Fees are non-refundable, except as expressly set forth herein.

At any time during the term of this Agreement, either Party may terminate this Agreement for any or no reason; provided that if Algo Exchange terminates this Agreement merely for the convenience of Algo Exchange (and not due to the Subscriber’s breach of this Agreement, insolvency or other causes), Algo Exchange shall promptly refund to Subscriber a pro rata portion of the Fees paid by Subscriber with respect to the then current selected term length on invoice of the Agreement.  Algo Exchange will not have any liability to Subscriber for any consequences of Algo Exchanges’ termination of this Agreement.  Upon termination, Subscriber shall immediately cease use of all Services unless otherwise expressly authorized by Algo Exchange.
